Urban Chic Properties is a boutique property investment company run by Penny and Tricia Belcher, who are a mother and daughter team. We transform unloved period properties into high income yielding and capital appreciating assets in London and the surrounding areas.
​
We are passionate about property & design. We create beautifully designed homes for prospective buyers and tenants that are modern, stylish and deliver an element of luxury. By focusing on a high level finish, we are able to dramatically increase a property's value and achieve fantastic returns.

We have a growing portfolio of professional HMO's (houses of multiple occupation)/co-living houses and serviced accommodation units and we are looking to widen our investment areas, across the UK.

Tricia Belcher
(Mother)
Tricia's background is also law. She was the founder of Driver Belcher Solicitors and has recently sold her Practice to a London-based firm and has now joined Penny full-time in the business.
​
She practised property & commercial law and she has acted on behalf of many property investors, as well as being one herself, so she has a unique insight to the intricacies of property investment.
​
Tricia crunches the numbers and analyses the deals and brings her refreshingly straight-talking approach to business.
Penny Belcher (Daughter)
After qualifying as a solicitor, Penny took a sabbatical and landed a job on a superyacht. What started out as a 6-month adventure, turned into a 5-year love affair with life at sea. She spent the next 5 years working as chief stewardess on luxury superyachts based in the Med which stood her in good stead for the serviced accommodation side of the business.
​
On her return to land-based life, Penny renovated her first property in 2016 and was hooked.
​
Penny sources their investments & manages the builds from design through to staging.
